Based in our Dunedin rooms this allows us to video you when trying frames on and play it back, better demonstrate lens and coating options using animation and photos and measure up your new glasses using video & computer.

Our spectacle lenses are made in New Zealand by the biggest lens manufacturer in the world Essilor. They are the world leaders in spectacle lens technology and their service is the best available in NZ. Because of this and the service from our friendly Visique team (with over 90 years combined experience) we believe our eye care and eye wear offers the best value available.

Eye Examinations in our Dunedin rooms almost always include Digital Photos of the back of your eyes. You can even have a photo of your eyes to take home, all at no extra charge.

Our Guarantee...

We will only be happy when you are happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your new spectacles, sunglasses or contact lenses within 30 days of buying them you can exchange to an equivalent value or we can refund you less the examination fee. Any follow up visits needed in rectifying things are at no charge. We will also clean and adjust your spectacles at no charge for their lifetime.

The frames have 1 or 2 year manufacturers warranty depending on the brand and the Essilor lenses have a two year manufacturers warranty on the Crizal antireflection and the TD2 hard coating.

When you purchase your new complete spectacles you will also receive the Visique Care Package at no extra charge. This is our own service plan to keep your spectacles clean and adjusted correctly over time. Please ask for more details.
